Hey gang, reviving this thread. I'm relatively new to the Bay Area. I moved to San Francisco last fall from Chicago. I've got a 2014 R-spec and would love to meet up with folks for some rides in the area.

Cheers,
David
Traveling a lot these days, but would definitely be interested in joining a group ride!  Who has the Bolt that's often parked in Japantown right outside of the Japantown Center?  That's the only other one I've seen in SF so far...

I'm actually in Santa Cruz presently for motorcycle related business, but unfortunately not riding anything because of time constraints.  This is my first trip here, and I have to say this place is great.  I'm genuinely jealous of this town.  Walking down Ocean Ave everybody we walked past said hello, all the shops we went to, the people were cool, and the food is just ridiculously good.

I hope when I return I get a chance to ride. Even the road from San Jose to Santa Cruz has so many twist, turns, elevation changes....oh and LANE SPLITTING !!!!!!

Grow a beard

Pete, those roads in the Santa Cruz mountains are super fun. You gotta get back.

I'm not in the bay area but I go there frequently. I'm in the central valley. Not many bolt riders where I am. I'd join a group ride if you guys did one on the weekend.

Any Bolt owners have a tech they trust that can install a KOSO?

Wanna ride?

It's a pretty easy install to do yourself. If you search the forum, plenty of instructions available and Koso are rad about helping on the phone. In fact, I think the rep's name is Brandon and his number is on this forum somewhere. Not worth paying a shop to do this.

And where ya located? I'm always down to ride when the sun is out.
