Yes.
Also, Yamaha has new 32T(?) pulley not listed above. It's wider at the splines so no shimming and better wear characteristics is expected. I ordered one a couple weeks ago and will update when it gets here. I'm not 100% sure it'll fit or has 32T so dont take my word for it just yet. Part # is 2DF-17651-00-00.

They will also fit for an XVS950 Bolt. Bolt has the 30 tooth.

I have installed the 31T front and works but from my observation & measurements, determination is (would have insufficient clearance) for speed sensor with a 32T.

Question for lunkhead. Do you know that a 5C7 rear pulley will actually fit a Bolt? My research shows that fits a Raider (much wider wheel) with different and some similar parts along the axle.

I'm only going by what I read others have done. I'm not sure what belt widths are used on all the biggest models so I can't say if people are using a wider pulley along with a stock narrow pulley to keep the belt somewhat centered or even if they paid attention to alignment. I wouldn't do a 66T without knowing more. Modifying the the speed sensor mount for a 32T looks easy.

Just researched 2DF-17651-00 pulley fits XV19 Star Eluder and Venture models, both have middle drive gear assemblies & right side drive?

Yes. And here's the older Yamaha front pulleys that might have the wrong splines or be too wide. I think the 33T fits but is wide. :
