I didn't tell my wife, when I pulled up for the last week with the regular exhaust I revved it up a bit pulling into the driveway, and after switching to the twin slash I pulled in nice and quiet lol she didn't suspect a thing!

I installed a T.B.R black slip on. It seems to be of exceptional quality, it sounds choice, it looks so metric. I love it.

  First thanks for putting this list together, very informative.  After what I've read and heard about the Barons I want one.  $200 and free shipping from Amazon it's time to unleash the beast and let her roar.

so, after reading the whole thread i now have to make a choice ... i am hesitating between 2 slip-ons : the Danmot Highwayman or the V&H comp series with the quiet baffle ... 2 very different prices but actually this is not my main consideration. what i want is something relatively quiet as i work very early in the morning and don't want to awake the whole city ... also our cops in Quebec are rather sensitive about mufflers noises ;)
so what would be the good choice between those ?

I gave in and ordered the Delkevic ceramic bull-nose from Amazon but was e-mailed that all they had was slash-cut. Didn't know they came in slash-cut (unadvertised and image posted earlier wasn't for Bolt) so I wasn't sure what they were going to send. It just arrived and it is a totally black slash-cut. Ordered the uncoated SS bull-nose replacement core so I can change the look and avoid down time for repacking.

After running the 21" Delkevic, I can tell the bike accelerates noticeably better than with the Bassani 4" megaphone. Low end was good with the Bassani but the louvered core definitely hurt top end. Still running stock air filter and Ivan's old flash so it's probably closer to the correct AFR, too.
