Sissy Bar - By Dean Speed

I installed my 18" Sissy Bar with a single arched crossbar in gloss black finish today. Fit the bike perfectly. I'm happy with the quality, the looks & the finish. Dean Speed is in Arizona and I lucked out as they happened to have this one in stock. It took another week and a half to get it painted, shipped and delivered. Otherwise he's running about 4-5 weeks or more on orders right now.

It came packaged really well with no damage. Mine came with (4ea) black longer metric mounting bolts. It did NOT come with any washers, so I went up to Ace Hardware and purchased (4ea) black split washers. You want to make sure to get washers, because if you install just the bolts and happen to overtighten you run the real risk of breaking the powder-coat paint finish. Then you have to worry about rust issue down the road.

But I'm digging the look of it. Adds a little attitude but I think it still looks sporty. You can get them anywhere from 16"-24" in height. There are some other options to choose from that you'll see if you order. I think the price is reasonable for the quality of what you get.

It was a toss up between the OEM and the Dean Speed for me. I went with the OEM because it was more affordable at the time, but your pics are making me regret that decision! I guess that'll go back on the list of things I want.

That looks awesome man! I just ordered the 24'' for my bike a few days ago. I'm excited to get it in, how long in total did you wait to get it after ordering?
