I finally got around to replacing the original exhaust.  Put on a Delkevic ceramic 550mm slash cut.
Also added the tank bib and Kuryakyn Heavy Industry mirrors.
Black Knight ......... ie Black Bolt looks good
that is a stylish, stream-line exhaust and the mirrors look good, matching your 2nd Seat framing

Clamshell quarter fairing install last night.  Going to triangulate the brackets and tig them today.  I'm thinking about putting a dash in to hold my koso and cellphone for GPS.  Will see what kind of layout I can come up with.

Hi guys.
Tricky question...R spec(ABS) model...I want to replace a front brake line which goes from master cylinder to a connection point under the fuel tank to a longer one...
Anyone knows the banjo size and the other side fitting name and dize please?
Thank You

There is no other side fitting. You use stock line without touching it, you just had to buy another short cable to plug to master cylinder from one side

Then you buy any joint to plug to actual stock line and you are done

You obviously need to put fresh oil and pump out air from line lately.

It is like one banjo to unscrew for first

And 3 banjo to screw later.

... Done and you keep your abs functioning

Nice, is that a Harley sportster exhaust can ?

Also if you put the plate further up right under the tail light and drill holes in the plate to match your bracket your plate wont be sticking as far down, If you like that sorta thing. Just use some 2 sided foam tape or something to keep the top of the plate from rattling and tearing up that fender.

Cool.
Srinath.

Hey, thanks for the advice.  I just cut the rear fender down and bolted it to that.  I don't really like it either.  I got an other idea.  Just got to source the parts.  The exhaust tip is actually off my xs650 2 into 1 kit.  Yea it's a bullet tip copy of a harley.  I actually like the look and sounds nasty, so I ordered a black one.  Should be here in a day or two.

And you removed that bracket behind the exhaust ? Or is it just that well hidden.

BTW my least favorite feature of the bolt (ofcourse its the fact its a V twin not a parallel) but one that's easy to have fixed, the exhaust is stupid low and flat. Thankfully on the SCR its lifted up a little. Mine of course has a cheapo can and its lifted up a lot.

Cool.

I will post my exhaust mod when I replace the the current tip for the black one.  Tip is less then 50 dollars somewhere.  Yes remove the bracket.  It's a heavy piece of aluminum.  I'm trying to lighten my bike anywhere possible.

Oh, how is it mounted. Mine is hung off the SCR's foot peg rear wire ear - which is a pants guard I think.
Cool.

I made a bracket out of 1/8 plate that comes off one of the bolt holes where the old mounting bracket bolted to the bike and kinda does a u shape to bolt to the muffler. The muffler has a slide type mount.  A bolt slides in the muffler channel then bolts to the bracket I made.
