Optimal Shift Points

I was asked by a fellow member in another thread to provide information pertaining to gear ratios for the purpose of determining optimal shift points for maximum acceleration.

Is this supposed to be you giving an interview or telling a story?  You lost me.  So you worked for heyser racing team?  Never heard of them.lets just I believe you... What do you want.  I never said you were wrong. I just stated there's more variables. And you didn't give me any figures.  Your telling me you did the calculation for the shift point between 4th and 5th? What about the other gears?  I asked you multiple times if you had the gear ratios..etc...

   I'm looking for the difference between two options.  If you don't have anything solid to add to the topic,  go to another post.
