Fairing Mods and Bracketry
Previous Image | Next Image
Description: For those who asked, I am trying to give some detail on the plastic I had to cut away and how I mounted the fairing. Let me know if you have any questions.

Pic 2 - This is showing the brackets and clamps (and zip ties ;D) used to hold the fairing and headlight assembly on. I was only able to use the "base plate" part that came with the fairing due to the aftermarket headlight assembly clamps being located where they are in relation to the fairing mounts. The top clamps are multi-size headlight/turn signal fork mounts that just so happened to work very well here. The middle two clamps are the headlight. I am still digging around in the garage to find something for the bottom mount, but heavy duty zip ties seem to be doing the trick for now.
