Mystery hole
« on: May 16, 2021, 06:40:49 am »
I recently purchased a 2014 bolt and while washing it for the first time I noticed a small hole between the cylinders on the top of the crankcase, I'm not sure if it's meant to sealed or what the hole is for.. can anyone please advise as I haven't been able to find any about it in the service manual.

Could you maybe circle the hole you are talking about?  I'm not sure what I'm seeing in the photo.

Yes, I have that same hole (2019 R spec) and nothing goes to it.  So I would suggest that it is of no consequence to the owner.
