Hello I am curious to know if anybody would  recommends using the Fi200r open loop with the v&h comp slip on as well as the blunt force intake on my 15 Yamaha bolt rspec with the o2 sensor still in place or will it have an bad affect on the bike so I should remove it all together? I also have been recommend by others when I change my bikes stock exhaust and air intake that it is recommended to either add a fuel controller or take it to dyno because it would affects its performance without doing so. Is this true? Do I even need this fuel controller when I have these two things added onto my bike. I have been just running with the slip on and I have the intake ready to instal but I just want to prepare and wait if it is a better idea to get a fuel controller first then install it at same time with the intake. Thanks in advance and looking forward to your guys input. If you have other forums links too I wouldn’t mind looking at those either. For more info

Have you given any thought to just having the ecu reflashed instead of using a fuel controller?  Ivan has a reflash that many people are happy with & he addresses other things a fuel controller can't.  I chose the reflash route because of the simplicity of it...fuel controllers require messing with the electrical harness & then the setup for particular applications.  Just a thought.

Sdaniels has it RIGHT. Forget the FC. IVAN'S FLASH is the ticket. Just view members comments on it if you still have questions. Your exhaust & intake choices are fine.
