Bolt Mechanic in Massachusetts?
« on: October 03, 2020, 01:58:00 pm »
I live on the North shore in Massachusetts. Does anyone know of an independent Yamaha mechanic around this area?  I'm sick if paying the dealer's outrageous prices.

I do my own work to avoid those high dealer fees.  But to be honest, a good mechanic has to charge more to make a living, buy special tools and equipment, maintain a shop, have a small inventory of parts, get specialized training (which he generally has to pay for), and pay a business tax.  I seriously doubt you can find a good cheap mechanic.

I understand what you're saying.  I guess I'd like another option other than the dealer.
