Bearing replacment might not work unless you tighten the nut enough. Less torque - wobble, too much torque - The bike wont go straight. Try to tighten it up until you find the sweet spot. Another possible factor may bad balance in front tire. I put 15 gram weights counter wise the air nipple. Good luck!

I wonder how many others had wheels not balanced?  Mine had no weights on it when purchased, which isn't necessarily news since I've had other bikes that balanced out without weights.  But I always check it out if I ever have the wheel off.  Mine was off 1/4 oz.  Regarding the bearings, they do seat in a bit & typically will take another 1/8 or 1/4 turn after a few hundred miles.  Wobbling stopped after putting tapered bearings in but it started to develop again after a few months.  Tightened them up a bit & it's handling well again.
