Just sent out my ecu. Finally!!  It cost  $94.50 to FedEx it over night. I hope it doesn't cost that much to mail it back. Haha. When I get it back I will post the difference.

$94.50 ? holy sh*t batman ..
I'm not a fan of the post office, but don't they offer 2 day trackable/insurable (up to $100) for a flat rate of less than 20 bucks? (a bit more for the extra insurance Ivan suggests)

Yep, the pains of shipping cross country. Mine was $55 for three-day from Nevada. Painful!

I had to pay for overnight because my bike is my only transportation.  I had to change my schedule at work to be able to get a ride from a buddy today and tomorrow haha. Gotta do what I gotta do.

Alright got my ecu back.  Its deff smoother shifting through the gears and letting off the gas. But no accelerating diff at all that I can tell.  I'm hoping when my slip on, intake and power commander comes I can tell more of a difference.

I did mine with an exhaust and air kit installed and I definitely felt the difference (no power commander or fuel controller)

Well I hope I feel a difference once I get everything else.  ATM I'm disappointed. Not worth the $416 I spent on the flash. Plus $94.50 to ship it there.

The smoother shifting and letting off the gas is barely noticeable. I can tell but its just a little bit.

The stock intake on the Bolt is very restrictive... by the seat of the pants and full throttle testing there is not a lot of difference and the dyno charts show this.

Also the bike vibrates more.  And I hit 116 on the freeway so the top speed went up a but. But any bumps and it starts speed wobbling. Can't wait for the rest of my parts so I can see how it all works together.

Socal Bolt - I think if you're as upset as you are appearing to be with this mod you should contact Ivan personally and explain everything you are experiencing, instead of hashing it out on the forum. Ivan has plenty of evidence to prove the gains as well as many happy customers. I would love to hear how it all comes together when you get all of your parts on in the feedback thread because so far it is nothing but positive.

I'm not mad at all. I'm just leaving honest feedback. I was assuming it would work better with the other parts. Just letting people know in case all they plan on doing is the flash that it's probably not worth it

There's always going to be positive and negative things to say about everything.
