My only concern with plasti-dip would be that it doesn't hold up very well by design so it can be pealed off. I would imagine that after a bit it would start to rub off.

Had to take a few pics of the beautiful couple standing side by side.  ;)

Arggg.... I had forgotten that. Took me Two months and quite a bit of overtime money to get my rear seat when I ordered mine, and Canada gets them standard...

Yep, even downunder came with them, and just to rub it in, the pillion seat was the first thing that came off. :P

I've left the pegs on though, handy for hanging helmet on and strapping luggage.

Exactly what i did, too. If necessary, the passenger seat bolts on (hahaha...  ;D ) in 5 minutes.

I try to stay away from dealers, I end up walking out with something, sorta like Costco, only with adult supervision

...isn`t that the main reason to visit him for a chat?  ;)
Finally, after 5 weeks of waiting, the new shocks have arrived and had to be installed immediately.
Now the fork is 40 mm (1.57") and the shocks are 30 mm (1.18") over for better cornering clearence:
Best Regards, Dennis :)

Wow that's a hell of a fender gap! If i wanted cornering performance i would've bought a sportbike. Just my opinion.

The fender gap is not forever, the rear fender is going to be modified.
I did not want a sportbike, i wanted a beautiful bike. Still, corners are fun.  ;)

The fork extension are pretty similar like those on the fork extension thread, but i have them made here in Switzerland. The gaitors seem a little short now...
The shocks are from Hagon, custom made for a heavier rider. I`m around 200 lbs with riding gear and the stock shocks seem a little squashy to me, so i ordered shocks for a 240 lbs rider.

P.S. Forgot to say: The shocks have three positions for spring preload and costed 500,-€ a pair including mods for weight and lenght. Now they`re on pos. 2 and work great.
