How is the view of that mirror in that location? I put the same bars on my bike and the next thing to do is to get bar end mirrors because the stockers look like bug antennas when mounted so narrow together with drag bars. Does your wrist or arm get in the way of seeing the mirror?

I also ran the throttle cables to the opposite side of the headlight in order to take some of the slack out of them. Still plenty of play from lock to lock on steering though but looks a lot cleaner instead of them sticking up so high.

Sweet set up.   I've had a set of natural rubber dung fu grips sitting in my room to replace the decomposing black ones I've got on, but haven't gotten around to it.  Good to know it'll look cool.   Also, is that spray paint on your speedo bezel?  Or does Yamaha offer a brass belez now that I'm not aware of.

Very nice.  Did the new drag bar interfere with the stock turn signals?

I really like that bar. I have one in the garage, but I ran out of time last time I was home, plus the turning signal snafu!  I have the Biltwell Zero Drag Bar which is only 24". I think the bar is too short. I will have to try the when I get home. Delaware Pete said to move the signals below the triple tree which he has done on his bike. He said that I'll need to extend the wires, which shouldn't be too hard. What did you do for turning signals?

I like that yours are 28". That might be a better idea. Might just need to bite the bullet and just order longer ones. Where did you find yours and how much did you pay? Did you get the crimped ones or not? And more importantly, how did you flip the stock risers?

Where is your right side mirror? I would rather be safe than look cool!  :o
It's the ride, not the destination!

The view is good but I do have to tilt my head to the side to see it. I was able to set it so I can see both lanes behind me.

That is rustoleum gold spray paint. The bezel comes off easily. Just get underneath it with your finger nails and pull. I reapplied mine with some thin double sided tape.

I don't know. I went right to removing them so I have been riding with out them and using hand signals for a couple days. I have new signals and aftermarket clamps coming soon so I can mount them lower on the forks. I am trying to make the bike look lower without actually lowering the suspension. I will post the set up when it arrives.
