Hello fellow riders!

I am new to this site and I would like to ask a question to those who have Yamaha Rigit-Mount saddlebags and installed them yourself. I would like to know whether washers and lubber grommets that would secure the bags to the mounts come with the bags or with the support bars. I found one deal selling the bags cheaper than retail but the dealer told me they only have bags. If the hardware is missing from the box, then I don't think I would be able to get the hardware separately.

So again my question is, are washers and lubber grommets necessary to install the bags included in the bags or in the support bars??
